COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course teaches breathing and the core pilates moves by a
Certified pilates teacher. Each move is taught correctly with
Correct breathing as well. Pilates works the whole body, core,
Legs, arms, and feet. It can be relaxing and yet challenging as well.
It is not a hard impact exercise.
